Professor David Denton, KC is an Adjunct Professor in the Victoria Law School at Victoria University.

He is King’s Counsel for the State of Victoria, member of the Victorian Bar and Bar Association of Queensland, a Nationally Accredited Mediator, Fellow (Certified Arbitrator) of the Australian Institute for Commercial Arbitration, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

He has admission to practise in:
