Make a booking
When booking an appointment online, you will need to:
- select a campus
- select the issue you need advice or support with (finance, housing or welfare)
- select a face-to-face or phone appointment
- select a staff member
- select a suitable date and time.

What to bring to your appointment
Bring any documents that might help the senior adviser understand and help you with your issue. This could include bills, a letter from Centrelink or a course release letter.
