  • see what items you have on loan
  • check the due date of your books
  • renew items
  • request multiple holds
  • check your holds
  • suggest an item for the Library to purchase
  • set up SMS alerts.

VU students and staff login to My Library using your MyVU login details. External borrowers login using your ID and library PIN.

LIBRARY PIN

VU students and staff, use your MyVU login to log in to My Library and access most Library online resources and services. Some resources and services may require a Library personal identification number (PIN), along with your student or staff ID number.

External and reciprocal borrowers, use your ID (the barcode number on your borrower card) and PIN to log in to My Library.

Students logging in for the first time, your default PIN is your date of birth in ddmmyyyy format.

New staff members and external borrowers do not have a default PIN. To create or reset your PIN follow the instructions below under Forgot Your PIN?

Updating your PIN is easy - when logged in to My Library, simply click on 'Modify your PIN', enter a new PIN and click submit.
