Propel your Pathways scholarship
The Propel your Pathways scholarship is designed to propel 2022 graduating year 12 students into their chosen pathway course and to kick start the connecting higher education studies if they chose to continue.

Value & benefits
This scholarship is valued at $5,000 for a maximum of two years.
Scholarships will be paid in two instalments, subject to satisfactory academic progression:
- first instalment of $2,500 after successful completion of your pathway course
- second instalment of $2,500 after Semester 2, block 2 census of your eligible HE course.
Assessment & selection
- Applications will be shortlisted by a representative of the VU Scholarships Office.
- Shortlisted applicants will be reviewed by a panel of representatives from the VU Scholarships Office.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you must meet these criteria.
The Propel your Pathways scholarship will be available for applicants who are:
- Australian citizens, Australian Permanent residents, NZ citizens or holders of a Permanent Humanitarian Visa
- current 2022 school leavers who are eligible for and enrol in an approved pathway course that leads to a HE course (includes Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation)
- complete all questions outlined in the application portal.
