Develop foundational skills required to manage travel and tourism operations with the Diploma of Travel and Tourism Management at SIT50122 Victoria University.

You'll gain the knowledge needed to work within the travel and tourism industry as a departmental or small business manager.

As part of your study, you'll develop skills in:

  • marketing strategy
  • business management
  • people management
  • conflict management
  • workplace health and safety practices
  • tourism sales
  • international and Australian destinations
  • tourism practices
  • international airfares.

You will gain a solid understanding of industry operations and develop the managerial skills to coordinate tourism operations or marketing and product development activities.
